Refund policy

  • Refund policy in the event of termination of a subscription product or automatic renewal of a subscription product.

    When purchasing a subscription product, following the initial subscription or automatic renewal of the subscription, the User has thirty (30) calendar days to cancel the subscription or the automatic renewal of the subscription.

    The User informs Nexway of its decision to withdraw by filling out this form, specifying the order number and the reason for the request, or by sending the request by mail to:

    Any request for cancellation within the time limits entitles the holder to a full refund of the amount deducted at the time of initial subscription or automatic renewal of the subscription.

  • Refund policy for any downloaded product (excluding subscription)

    By downloading a product out of subscription, the User has, in accordance with article L-221-28 paragraph 13 of the Consumer Code, previously and expressly waived the exercise of his right of withdrawal.

    As a result, Nexway will not issue refunds for any downloaded product.

  • Special case of a defective product

    In the event that Nexway is responsible or partially responsible for the delivery of a defective product, the User has a period of cancellation or withdrawal extended to six (6) months following the initial subscription of the product, the automatic renewal of the product under subscription or the downloading of the product.

    The User informs Nexway of its decision to withdraw by filling out this form, specifying the order number and the reason for the request, or by sending the request by mail to:

  • Special case of a product sold on physical media

    For products sold on physical media (Backup DVD, CD Boxes…), the User has a period of thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the Product to exercise his right of withdrawal.

    The User informs Nexway of its decision to withdraw by filling out this form, specifying the order number and the reason for the request, or by sending the request by mail to:

    In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the User will receive, on the email address given at the time of opening his account, an acknowledgement of receipt of his request.

    The Product must be returned in new and complete condition, unopened and in its original packaging, at the User’s expense, within fourteen (14) days following the sending of the cancellation form, to the following address:

    If the User returns the Product in a single letter and it is lost due to the carrier, the Product will be deemed not to have been returned.

    The User will be reimbursed for all sums paid by Nexway, including delivery charges, as soon as possible. However, Nexway is not required to reimburse any additional charges if the User has chosen a delivery method that is more expensive than the standard delivery method used when Nexway sends the product to the User.

  • In all cases, the exercise of the right of withdrawal is free of charge and does not have to be justified.
